Master and mate
During 2026, we will begin work on Master & Mate, a project supported by the Danish Agency for Culture and Palaces.
Master & Mate aims to engage young people who are underrepresented among museum visitors, based on data from the Danish National User Survey. In co-creation workshops bringing together vocational college students and primary and lower secondary school pupils, participants will work together to develop and build something for the museum’s interpretation.
The project is a collaboration between Museum Give and Mark. Our aim is to strengthen pride in vocational skills, challenge preconceptions and build relationships. The experience gained through the project will be used to develop new approaches to museum interpretation that can be applied across museums.
