MuseumPlus Annual Pass for Associations

Please note: This pass is only valid when used in conjunction with an admission ticket or personal membership for each person attending.
The pass is valid for one year from the date of purchase. It allows the association to use the museum’s facilities free of charge for events organised by the association. Optional cleaning can be added for DKK 800. Any exceptional additional costs will be charged separately.
Advance booking is required. Facilities must always be booked directly through the museum by emailing bva@billund.dk.

DKK 200

Free admission to the entire museum.
Valid for one calendar year.
Your membership supports the Friends Association’s volunteer activities and the care of the farm animals at Museum Farm Karensminde.
Membership cards can be purchased at the museum ticket desk. Payment should be made via MobilePay.
Admission to special events, including the Historic Livestock Show and Vintage Vehicle Rally, must be purchased separately.

MuseumPlus passes are personal and may not be lent to family members or friends.
We may occasionally ask you to provide photo ID.
When you sign up for MuseumPlus, you will be asked to provide your name, telephone number, email address and postcode. We use this information to register your membership and to send you newsletters, invitations and information about your membership. Your postcode also helps us understand where our members come from so that we can better target our marketing.
You can ask us to amend or delete your personal information, and you may withdraw your consent at any time.
If you are dissatisfied with the way we process your personal information, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency.

Misuse of a MuseumPlus pass will result in its cancellation.
MuseumPlus passes are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Lost passes can be replaced for DKK 50.
Annual passes are non-refundable.
