Your holiday - our history
Mark | The Museum of a New Danish History invites you to share your holiday experiences from the 1960s to the 1980s.
- Where did you travel?
- What did you discover about the world?
- And how did it shape your everyday life back home?
We’ve already received some amazing items and stories – from boarding passes and souvenirs to holiday photos. But there’s room for much more. Do you have an expired passport filled with stamps, a bag that’s traveled the world, a bike that’s crossed borders, or perhaps a diary from an Italian holiday romance? Then we’d love to hear from you.
What are we looking for?
Stories about charter trips, backpacking, interrailing, and other forms of travel
Expired passports, bags, bicycles, patches, beach towels, volcanic sand, souvenirs, holiday photos, postcards, and other typical travel items.
